Return Policy for Produce and Floral Products

All returned produce and floral products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the product meets our criteria, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within five business days.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping for returned items, and the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. We also do not accept returns for custom orders or special orders.
